Caregivers are the backbone of any senior living community. They are responsible for creating a quality of life and experiences for the residents living in the community. On a daily basis, this position will assist with activities of daily living to include performing patient care activities under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Care. Caregivers typically work shifts, most common are 6:00a-2:00p, 2:00p-10p, and 10:00p-6a. Most caregivers work a 40-hour week.
